Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst for our client's operational requirements supporting  the INDOPACOM Joint Exercise Program (JEP) within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Pearl City, HI area. 
 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work under the direction of Operations Support Manager (or designate) to support J3 planning, analysis, programming, and execution.
  • J3 programs, not all inclusive, involve coordination in support of joint electromagnetic spectrum operations, military information support operations, special activities programs, data fusion and common operating picture, etc.
  • Provides technical expertise to acquire on-target resources for operations support.
  • Coordinates and supports timely J31 approval and acquisition in support of Operations Gap Analysis and Response.
  • Assists management with maintaining accountability of J3 programming and personnel support.
  • Coordinate meetings and required briefings to maintain liaison with resourcing agencies and organizations.
  • Manage proper coordination and information provided to the Joint Staff Defense Agencies Initiative in support of the J3 Operations Directorate programs.
  • Attends virtual and face-to-face meetings to collect program data.
  • Serves as backup support to J31 for the Navy Enterprise Resourcing System.
  • Additional support to J31 on an as needed basis.

 

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and ten (10) years or more related experience; Masters and eight (8) year of related experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. 

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Word, Excel, and Outlook.) 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills 
  • Self Starter with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish working relationships with customers, staff, managers and peers

Clearance:

Candidate must have the ability to obtain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
