Do you like working in a creative and dynamic environment? If so, this job is for you! SAIC is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to oversee and manage the budget for the Continuous Evaluation Program in a brand new directorate under the National Counterintelligence and Security Center. In this role, you will regularly interface with Directorate leadership, technical subject matter experts, and the Center’s financial and budget staff to manage and track the program’s execution status, facilitate understanding of the program’s resource requirements, brief the program’s financial status and provide recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.You have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business engineering processes to improve integration of the portfolios and programs under this Directorate.The ideal candidate will be able to provide detailed and timely analysis; apply critical problem-solving skills and proactively develop creative solutions; and effectively communicate budgetary issues, strategies, and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program coordination – working with all stakeholders on:
    • CFO and CFE financial taskings
    • Preparation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership regarding the program’s financial status
    • Business Process Reengineering
  • Financial Management & Analysis –
    • Allocating and executing funds according to spending priorities;
    • Defining requirements and justifying financial needs;
    • Providing recommendations to senior leadership;
    • Managing and tracking BCR packages and Economy Act Transfers


  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
  • Demonstrated use of Microsoft Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with BASIS or COGNOS-based applications
