SAIC is currently seeking to build a team of Software Developers (Junior, Senior, and Principal level) to support the Product Development team located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Note: candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs within the next month and work onsite with no remote options. Candidates that are not open to relocating or currently reside in Colorado Springs will be automatically disaqualified for this requisition. 

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of this team you will lead and collaborate on software development tasks including technical design and development of cloud-based products. As a Senior Developer, you will provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on the team (junior does not lead).

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors degree with five (5) years of software development experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:

Candidates must have an Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret with CI Poly; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience of overall software development
• Agile SAFe development
• Desire to lead and collaborate with developers and QA testers
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to research, troubleshoot, and determine solutions
• Ability to author, understand, and translate business-level acceptance criteria into technical designs
• Strong organizational, time-management, written and communications skills

Desired Skills:

• 5 years’ experience with C# (website), SQL, and JavaScript
• 3 years’ experience with SAFe

Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
