SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work on the LANDMARK AOS program. This position provides requirements management support to manage end-to-end closure for the Government in the Ground Program Office. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA.  All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. 

Responsibilities include:  Systems Engineering disciplines (Schedules, Configuration Management, Requirements, Risk etc.,) across a myriad of cloud-based software development activities. 

• Development detailed Systems Engineering products to include integration, verification, validation and test processes, requirements tracing, short term and long term schedules and roadmaps. 

• Develop MBSE plans and procedure and the application to current and future programs.

• Derive system level requirements and work with the team to develop the corresponding documentation.

• Developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for new capabilities and coordinating them across the affected organizations.

• Developing enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements.

• Scope and link requirements for proper system definition.  

• Write systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for documents.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph  

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline and 7 years' total experience (or a MS degree + 3 years)  

• 5+ years of experience directly supporting a System Engineering organization and a demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering and Acquisition processes.  

Desired Qualifications:  

• Advanced STEM degree
