This job requires supporting the NRO customer in developing, coordinating and monitoring the execution of intergovernmental Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and Project Arrangements (PA). Coordination with foreign government organizations as well as the NRO Office of Policy & Strategy (OP&S) will be required. Knowledge of current NRO systems and CONOPS and the high level development of future CONOPS will be also be required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft MOUs and PAs
- Coordinated MOUs and PAs with NRO OP&S
- Coordinated MOUs and PAs with foreign government organization
- Attend high level coordination meetings to explain capabilities and CONOPS
- Participated in discussions to develop future CONOPs
- Coordinate the interactions of all parties during the execution phase of MOUs/PAs
Qualifications
Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to be effective in a government team environment
