SAIC’s National Security Group (NSG) is seeking a Cloud Services Manager to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA and requires an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.  LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. 

The Cloud Services Manager will manage the forecasting, execution and reporting of the customers Cloud resources.  The work requires in-depth knowledge of Cloud resources, data analysis and Program Management skills. The position is located in Chantilly, VA supporting a Government Customer.  

Responsibilities include:

• Function as the Govt customer’s primary Point of Contact for Cloud Services.
• Perform routine monitoring of Cloud accounts and utilization.
• Develop and present recommendations for creating Cloud efficiencies
• Develop Cloud budget and manage execution across the organization
• Gather input, conduct analysis and recommend Reserve Instance purchases
• Coordinate with programs and developers to produce Cloud utilization forecast
• Maintain Tableau pages with current data and projections
• Prepare and deliver monthly Cloud program update to Govt leadership
• Coordinate data and utilization with higher headquarters and lateral organizations
• Coordinate with Service Providers for upcoming services, activities and presentations

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, and other Commercial Cloud environments
• Experience working with Tableau and other data display and analysis tools
• Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal / written communication skills; able to convey information across multiple customer and corporate audiences 

Desired Qualifications: 

• Recent Commercial Cloud certifications
• Familiarity with IC and/or DoD space architectures, systems, and/or operations 
• Capability to adapt to fluid situations and prioritize tasking in a dynamic environment
