SAIC is seeking a Records and Forms Manager to support the Chief Information Office at the U.S. Army DEVCOM Aviation and Missile Center, Redstone Arsenal

Note; this is a hybrid position - three days onsite at Redstone Arsesnal and two days remote; the candidate must live in the Huntsville Alabama area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as records manager to prioritize and provide support and reform across different silos of information management structures and procedures
• Adhere to new developments in AR-25-400-2 Army Records Information Management System regulation and ARIMS system as well as maintain currency with National Archives and Records Administration Training offerings
• Monitor Army365 Electronic Records Management developments to ensure smooth transition for DEVCOM AvMC
• Coordinate transitional management and proactively innovate new solutions for problems that may arise
• Using teamwork and technical skills, foster change towards a new structured program
• Implement and improve SOP's and best practices across a variety of file storage systems while updating documentation and polices
• Provide leadership, coordination, and hands-on training with records coordinators
• Support DEVCOM AvMC Publications Control Officer / Forms Management Officer to manage publications by solving day-to-day problems and providing technical support
• Post DEVCOM AvMC Staff shared documents and assign record numbers
• Create, update, and modify forms using Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer
• Manage DEVCOM AvMC Knowledge Center Records Management SharePoint site
• Manage all Records Management tasks
• Perform site visits for proper records management practices, as required

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors degree with three (3) plus years of relevant experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Records Manager role or similar
• Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer
• Proficient utilizing SharePoint 2013, through SharePoint Online
• Ability to multi-task and work as a member of a team supporting an enterprise system
• Innovative with the ability to investigate and research solutions to technical problems
• Ethical, able to adhere to the code of ethics befitting a government contractor
• Professional, committed to delivering quality work while extending respect to others
• Positive, able to contribute to making the workplace a comfortable and inviting place to work
• Strong customer service/client facing skills
• Communicative, able to clearly communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical personnel

Required Clearance:

Must have an active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
