Description

SAIC is seeking a Technical Services Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. This position will support The United States Marshals Services. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work with release managers, infrastructure teams, network teams, systems management and engineering teams to ensure coordination and mission success. 
  • Partner with service desk and team technicians to support the customer.   
  • Maintain awareness of all organizational projects and how they relate to the telecom service is critical.   
  • Tracks the development and maintenance of all processes and procedures documents.   
  • Responsible for OLAs that the Service Desk own 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors and 2 years or more experience; Additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • At minimum, must have an active US Secret clearance and must be able to obtain USMS Public Trust prior to starting.

Desired Skills: 

  • Good communication and customer service skills 
  • Working knowledge of PACES 
  • Customer support skills with system access/password reset, printer and scanner configuration and troubleshooting 
  • Working use of ServiceNow
