The Training Analyst applies most appropriate instructional design methodology to develop and deliver training in support of organizational mission.  Will develop material to comply with DoD, organizational and corporate standards.  Analyst will audit instructional material and ensure curricula is accurate and appropriate for the conduct of the classes.  Will incorporate any changes (if applicable) identified by students, staff and/or Subject Matter Experts (SME).  Analyst will work alongside Military personnel, engineers, technicians, logisticians, and the government customer to perform analysis, develop documentation and training material through written and presented media.  In addition to documentation, Training Analyst is tasked to create multimedia such as SharePoint site pages, SharePoint applications/web parts and assist in development of interactive distance learning courseware.  Analyst will deliver in-person training at various CENTCOM locations as well as on-line training (Teams, Skype, Video Teleconference) when required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, recommend and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members and customer personnel to develop, enhance, and evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content.
• Draft and finalize supporting documentation, training documentation, and present training materials to SMEs and stake holders.
• Provide coordination for training events, at both local and remote locations.
• Perform logistics related to training activities.
• Prepare training materials and lab equipment for course delivery.
• Set up and instruct both classroom and practical hands-on portions of each course.
• Deliver training in person and/or online
• Assist in identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events.
• Develop and submit periodic reports.
• Maintain records of training activities.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in field of education with three years' experience, or seven years' total experience.
• Possess a Secret security clearance.
• Must hold a valid U.S. passport and be willing to travel overseas in support of organizational mission requirements.
• Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
• Functional competency with Microsoft Office, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint.
• Functional competency with Adobe applications, specifically Captivate, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Forms Designer.
• Possess CompTIA certificate (Network+, Security+ and/or Cloud+) is highly desirable.
