SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division is seeking a Project Integrator (PI) to support a jointly developed analysis production and publication application to ensure the full range of user needs are captured and managed.  The integrator will serve as the POC between management and user, resolve issues, and assist the product owner and development teams to implement updates and improvements.  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following project integration activities:
    • Managing requirements in an Agile development environment and multi-project environment
    • Utilizing Confluence software
    • Supporting Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts by planning projects, developing contingencies, producing schedules, and organizing meetings
    • Providing timely notifications to relevant stakeholders regarding upcoming deadlines
    • Serving as a SharePoint or Confluence Administrator and serving as POC to set up accesses for new team members

• Desired:
  • Utilizing intelligence production process applications and analytic workflow processes
  • Using JIRA project management software
  • Supporting concept development, system specification, technical exchange, and metrics analysis
  • Coordinating and collaborating across organizational boundaries to organize and structure solutions
  • Proofreading, merging, and formatting documents
  • Utilizing Project Management Framework
