SAIC has an opening for a Solutions Architect Director. This job is Full Time and can be worked Remote anywhere in the U.S. This person will leverage domain expertise. Will develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and leads the development of enterprise IT managed services and solutions and meet all requirements resulting in a price competitive proposal. - Must have extensive technical experience in one or more technical domains (ITIL/SIAM/MSI, digital workplace, network engineering, messaging and collaboration, cybersecurity, cloud management, applications management.) - Collaborates with business development, capture, proposal, and other team members to optimize our proposed solutions. - Identifies technical staff needs to support Pre-BP and BP activities. - Coordinates assignments of technical personnel to proposal efforts. - Coordinates with team member technical leadership and technical contributors on solution development, proposal writing, and estimating. - Writes and reviews proposals. - Meets with customers on SAIC's capabilities, services and solutions for business development and capture efforts. - Provides solution-related technical support after award as needed. - May support market segmentation, long-term positioning, and opportunity assessment from a solution strategy perspective. This is a full-time position. Working hours can be mutually agreed and may accommodate SAIC's 9/80 work schedule when compatible with project schedules. Must have a strong ability to write technical documentation and author powerpoint slide presentations
Must have Executive level interpersonal skills
Must have a deep understanding of managed service design principles with current ITIL certification
Must be able to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 15-18 years of EIT / Managed Service experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen and must have an active Secret Clearance to be considered with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
