SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division is seeking four (4) Software Engineers to comply and participate in all Lean Agile scrum, sprints, and grooming sessions to manage the Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integration and development efforts. The engineers will collaborate with security, operations, testing, and other teams to provide system information and technical support. The engineers will design, develop, and modify software systems and unit test their software to review their codes within the target environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science
  • Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following software engineering activities:
    • Working within an agile development environment
    • Translating requirements and developing detailed design and associated deliverables
    • Designing interfaces and web services using Python, Java 8+, and JavaScript
    • Developing applications using React, SpringBoot, Spark, and/or Java
    • Working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Nexus
    • Utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and developing services and other cloud services
    • Using data collections and storage tools such as Databricks and S3
