SAIC is looking for a Cyber Operations Planner to provide subject matter expertise across the full spectrum of Cyber Warfare to support the formulation, development and assessment of doctrine, strategy, plans, concepts of operations, and tactics, techniques and procedures. This position is located at Fort Meade, MD.
This position supports the Comprehensive Cyber Support Services II (CCSS II). CCSS II is a SAIC Prime DoD contract that supports Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. Team SAIC delivers high impact subject matter expertise to help solve complex operational challenges the Marine Corps faces in this dynamic domain of warfare. Our SMEs cover the spectrum from All Source Intelligence Analysts, full spectrum CO Planners, CND/IR, and OCO mission management.
This position will assist with defining and developing operational frameworks (e.g., CONOPs and contingency plans) supporting both current and future missions/initiatives. It will also assist in developing plans, creating document outlines, providing research on supporting concepts, integrating operational content, synthesizing assigned stakeholder inputs, editing final documentation, and coordinating stakeholder review and validations.
Qualifications
Required education and experience:
-
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years of experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Required skills:
- Cyber Operations planning experience.
- Marine Corp planning process and/or Joint Operations.
Required Clearance:
-
Active TS//SCI Clearance with active CI poly.
