SAIC is seeking a Financial Management Analyst to support the Office of the Direction of National Intelligence, Intelligence Community Chief Financial Officer (IC CFO), with knowledge of the IC financial systems and processes ranging from developing budgets to monitoring and reporting obligations and expenditures. This position is located in in McLean, VA and is seekinig a candidate knowledgeable in intelligence community financial management with experience in daily interaction with senior intelligence community leaders. 

Responsibilities include: 

 

  • Support budget formulation and budget balancing for the intelligence community
  • Provide data integrity control and technical support for software systems
  • Provides President’s Budget production support and resource exhibit generation
  • Provide budget briefings, studies, and analysis support
  • Facilitate Congressional budget marks recording, analysis and tracking
  • Conduct review of authorization and appropriation acts
  • Analyze maintain IC historical budget trends

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Intelligence Community in the financial management discipline 
  • Minimum one (1) or more of the following certifications:
    • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
    • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • Program Management Professional (PMP)
    • Similar professional society certifications in financial management

Desired:

  • Experience with analytical and visualization tools, such as Tableau
