SAIC is currently seeking highly skilled professionals with experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, Systems Administration, and Intelligence Analysis (SIGINT Traffic Analysis).

Job Description:

Candidates will help leverage SIGINT Data and other intelligence information to organize, analyze, and develop reliable intelligence products necessary to aid situational understanding, support the development of plans and orders, and answer information requirements that have immediate or potential impact on the client’s global intelligence operations, personnel and capabilities, and situational understanding. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Performs high- level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for complex operating systems, workstations and servers. Coordinates, directs and performs complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.

Continually monitors and tunes multiple systems to achieve optimum performance levels. Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions of varying complexities. Ensures data/media recoverability by developing and implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations. Plans and implements the modernization of servers. Develops, implements and promotes standard operating procedures and schedules. Conducts hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.

Incumbent develops and implements new standards, policies and procedures. Incumbent in this job works closely with Network and Systems Analysts to help determine and develop the systems that will be implemented. Qualifications:
Security Clearance required:

Current TS//SCI.
- Experience required:

14 or more years’ experience in related work, preferably for the U.S. Department of Defense.
- Education required:

Bachelor’s degree and fourteen (14) years of expereience or more in a related discipline, or 4 additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree for eighteen (18) years or more of related experience.

- Candidates with experience in Intelligence Analysis in direct support to operations (military or government) will receive strong consideration for this position and may qualify for additional compensation depending on the nature of the experience and the extent of the applicant’s qualifications.

- Expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive cyber operations.

- Expertise in forensics, intrusion detection, and information security operations.

- Expertise in network protocol reverse engineering and fuzzing with libraries such as Scapy or Sulley.

- Expertise in network architecture and design, including knowledge of Cloud and virtualization technologies.

- Active certifications from the following vendors are highly desirable: Offensive Security (OSCP), GIAC/SANS, Red Hat, OpenStack, Cisco, and VMWare. D.
