Description:
SAIC is looking for individuals with training and instructional design backgrounds. We are currently seeking curriculum developers and instructors for a variety of upcoming opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in developing and maintaining curriculum
- Capture comprehensive data from actual training events and operations
- Compile and store data, studies, test reports, and operations reports and incorporate lessons learned into the curriculum and databases
- Model, simulate and train these activities in readily understandable formats to support the training of deploying/deployable units and individuals
- Develop effective, feasible solutions and concepts of operations (CONOPS) to improve systems’ training interoperability and integration
- Analyze, assess and define training requirements to enable the fusion of intelligence, operations, and materiel/non-material solutions
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Candidates must possess a minimum of a BS or BA degree in education, instructional design or related field
- Minimum five years of experience spanning instructional design, curriculum development, course and/or curriculum evaluation, intelligence training and intelligence analysis
- Must be willing to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Masters degree in instructional design, educational technology or related field
- Five or more years Instructional Design experience with the ADDIE method
- Two or more years in educational evaluation, metrics collection and educational processes
- Experience with incorporating or embedding training within a high tempo organization a plus
