Description:
Mission Support Business Unit is seeking a task order lead with significant experience in DoD HUMINT training. The position requires knowledge of HUMINT tradecraft and experience in supporting the full scope of training requirements – from instruction to course design and development to providing IT support for courses. It includes responsibility for managing all aspects of task order requirements and supervising contract and sub-contract personnel at multiple locations and experience with SAIC contract processes and business tools.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The ideal candidate for this position will serve as the task order lead for the HUMINT training programs for the Defense HUMINT and CI Center. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of contract support operations involving multiple tasks, large numbers of personnel and at multiple locations. To be successful, this candidate must have first-hand experience in supporting the full-spectrum of HUMINT training: instruction, education support, distance learning and e-learning development, IT, role player and surveillance and R&D. He/she will assist the Program Manager in meeting the customer requirements for DoD HUMINT training and delivery. The candidate must have the skills and experience to manage both SAIC personnel and subcontractors. The task lead will be responsible for the quality, accuracy completeness and timely delivery of all customer requirements and reports. The candidate will be responsible for completing SAIC contract actions (hiring, contract modifications, contract reviews at all levels). He/she also must have experience with SAIC tools such as Deltek, Fusion, Taleo, etc.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance; minimum of 7 years in DoD HUMINT training; operational experience in support of DIA or DoD; knowledge of DIA and DoD HUMINT missions, organizations and functions; excellent oral and written communication skills; 3-5 years supervisory experience; prior experience as a PM or task order lead.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: PMP certification and advanced degree are highly desired. Graduate of DoD HUMINT training schools.
