JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC has a potential opening for an Intelligence Requirements Analyst in San Antonio, TX. As an Intelligence Requirements Analyst, you will assist development and maintenance of JIOWC/Joint Staff or CCMD specific IO intelligence requirements and databases. Develop and maintain collection requirements outreach program using IT databases and collaborative processes to support the development of IE assessments, human factors and information environment characterization products. Ensure analysts identify information gaps, initiative production and collection requirements through the J20 Collection Manager. Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working regional and functional COCOM intel issues. Specific Combatant & Unified Command experience is required in CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, PACOM, NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM CYBERCOM, and SOCOM. Advanced degree desired.

• Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and expertise in national level collection management experience in multiple intelligence disciplines.

We are searching for the following areas of expertise: Management and Administration; Geospatial Data Development and Mapping; Geospatial Integration and Analysis; Environmental Applications; Training, Fellowships and Evaluation; Social Science Information Collection and Analysis; Application of Social Science Tools and Techniques; Communication and Outreach; Meeting and Conference Planning; Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS); Finance; Facilities and Security; Policy and Planning; Interoperability, Standards and Access; Application Development; and Network and Desktop Services.
