SAIC's Integrated Systems Group currently has an opening for an Engineering Technician in Natick, MA.

JOB SUMMARY:
SAIC is seeking a qualified Engineering Technician to provide technical support to the Combat Field Service Equipment Team (CFSET), Product Manager Force Sustainment Systems (PM FSS) Organization. This position will include travel. The successful candidate will be ready and able to deploy within a 72-hour notice anywhere in the world (CONUS and OCONUS) to include areas of operation during wartime. When deployed, will work as much as sixteen-hour days depending on mission requirements.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will provide an overarching program management, coordination and implementation in support of the NGB and Army National Guard (ARNG) mission to provide National Guard and Reserve members and their Families with information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach opportunities throughout the pre-deployment, deployment and post-deployment reintegration process.

The responsibilities of the Prevention Coordinator include, but are not limited to, supporting the following programs: Risk Reduction and Suicide Prevention (R2SP); Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAP); Sexual Harassment Assault Response Prevention Program (SHARP). Under the direction of the Regional lead and NGB PRO management office, the Project Manager/Prevention Coordinator conducts state and local needs assessments, identifies gaps in service delivery, provides various training and education programs for Command, Guardsmen/Families, and resource providers at the state and community level. The PRO Project Manager/Prevention Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in the performance of such functions as: 1) monitoring, coordinating, and implementing suicide prevention policies; 2) monitoring, coordinating, and implementing SHARP surveillance and assignment policies; and 3) · monitoring, coordinating, and implementing SAP policies; and 4) providing continuity and coordination expertise for other health promotion issues affecting personnel readiness.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education skills and Training:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field (i.e. Suicide Prevention, Military Family Support, counseling or business/ program management).

- Must have at least one year of related experience counseling of troubled youths/ conducting behavioral studies by creating programs to support family health, and identify risks whether drug use risk or suicide risk.

- Military experience is preferred but not required.

- Broad based knowledge, experience, and skills in the areas of military personnel, human resources, and Family programs.

- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of military well-being programs, Family programs, and the deployment support cycle requirements or alike programs.

- Program development, management, and implementation experience.

- Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to analyze statistical data and brief trend analysis based on compiled data.

- Experience in making oral presentations to various size groups.

Good interpersonal communication skills must be demonstrated. Must be computer literate and proficient in with Microsoft office Suite. Must have the ability to gather information, make recommendations for program improvement, synthesize information, and provide communication (orally and written) to disseminate information throughout the local, state and national NGB organizations. SAIC is seeking Prevention Coordinators for multiple states/territories to work with the Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ), and under direction of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Prevention, Response and Outreach (PRO) program. The successful candidate will provide an overarching program management, coordination and implementation in support of the NGB and Army National Guard (ARNG) mission to provide National Guard and Reserve members and their Families with information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach opportunities throughout the pre-deployment, deployment and post-deployment reintegration process.

Positions are contingent upon contract award.

The responsibilities of the Prevention Coordinator include, but are not limited to, supporting the following programs: Risk Reduction and Suicide Prevention (R2SP); Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAP); Sexual Harassment Assault Response Prevention Program (SHARP). Under the direction of the Regional lead and NGB PRO management office, the Project Manager/Prevention Coordinator conducts state and local needs assessments, identifies gaps in service delivery, provides various training and education programs for Command, Guardsmen/Families, and resource providers at the state and community level. The PRO Project Manager/Prevention Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in the performance of such functions as: 1) monitoring, coordinating, and implementing suicide prevention policies; 2) monitoring, coordinating, and implementing SHARP surveillance and assignment policies; and 3) · monitoring, coordinating, and implementing SAP policies; and 4) providing continuity and coordination expertise for other health promotion issues affecting personnel readiness.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education skills and Training:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field (i.e. Suicide Prevention, Military Family Support, counseling or business/ program management).

- Must have at least one year of related experience counseling of troubled youths/ conducting behavioral studies by creating programs to support family health, and identify risks whether drug use risk or suicide risk.

- Military experience is preferred but not required.

- Broad based knowledge, experience, and skills in the areas of military personnel, human resources, and Family programs.

- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of military well-being programs, Family programs, and the deployment support cycle requirements or alike programs.

- Program development, management, and implementation experience.

- Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to analyze statistical data and brief trend analysis based on compiled data.

- Experience in making oral presentations to various size groups.

Good interpersonal communication skills must be demonstrated. Must be computer literate and proficient in with Microsoft office Suite. Must have the ability to gather information, make recommendations for program improvement, synthesize information, and provide communication (orally and written) to disseminate information throughout the local, state and national NGB organizations. Must have a current and valid driver’s license.

Must be able to obtain a security clearance and be willing to travel.

Desired Experience:

· National Guard Service or National Guard civilian provider experience.

· Certification in Suicide Prevention Program implementation.

Qualifications:

Must have 10 years of experience to include a minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft COM and .NET development projects. The candidate must have a detailed knowledge of Windows software technologies and hands-on software development experience with the Windows platform and the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment. The candidate must have current knowledge of systems & software architecture technologies to make appropriate recommendations to the Government Program Manager. The candidate is expected to have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools suite, DODAF and UML. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and other engineers in the development of complex software systems. Candidate will be required to have a US Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills: Familiarization with military Mission Planning operations and/or knowledge of Air Force/Navy Mission Planning systems, such as JMPS or the Portable Flight Planning System (PFPS) is desired. The Logistics, Product Support & Asset Management Division of SAIC is currently seeking a Sr Logistics Business Process Analyst with US Army specific experience and direct experience working with the US Army Logistics Innovation Agency and the Army G4. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sr Logistics Business Process Analyst will serve as a member of multi-disciplinary teams providing technical and analytical support to Army agencies responsible for logistics business process assessments. This includes serving as a senior analyst for assessment of DoD, Joint, and Army strategic guidance and application to LIA’s mission portfolio and specific projects in data fusion, operational energy, science and technology, unmanned systems, and other functional areas that affect mobility and sustainment. The analysis support will include providing analytical expertise to support LIA in the execution of logistics process analysis and readiness assessment projects. Typical support from past experience includes but is not limited to applying functional expertise in logistics processes analysis and technical expertise in the use of Flowcharting Tools to capture and communicate logistics process visualizations. Applying technical expertise in simulation tools and design of experiments to conduct simulation and quantitative analysis of "As-Is" and "To-Be" logistics processes. Providing quantitative analytical support of logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities. This includes applying continuous process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints. Acquiring logistics and cost data, as identified by LIA, to drive simulation and other quantitative models. Conducting cost benefit analyses of potential logistics enablers. Support the evaluation and potential application of innovative solutions derived from the commercial sector, academia, other government agencies, and DoD. Support may be required in the development of analytical products including but not limited to: process mapping and issues such as the Combined Arms Support Command Sustainment Center of Excellence process development for document reviews; energy metric development, to include analyzing energy efficiency, generation, distribution, management I consumption and other related energy technologies such as Smart and Green Energy (SAGE) for base camps, waste stream analysis; assessment of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) I Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects for various Army logistics processes; and process mapping support and analysis for various Army logistics processes to support Army policy and resource allocation decisions. SAIC is looking for an Operations/Training Specialist to serve as an action officer for Training Center Management and coordination in support of the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Program (CSF2). CSF2 currently operates 16 Training Centers at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Operations/Training Specialist coordinates with TC Managers abroad to schedule and de-conflict training for Training Center Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Experts. The Operations/Training Specialist also coordinates with installation program managers to coordinate and de-conflict Master Resilience Trainer Course (MRTC) and other specific training at their local installations. The ideal candidate should also have extensive Army Operations experience with the ability to plan and organize complex training events both CONUS and OCONUS.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum of 7 years Army experience; The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and highly effective interpersonal skills; Candidates for this position must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

The select candidate for this position will become a member of the Army Game Studio’s software development team for “America's Army: The Official U.S. Army Game” as well as numerous military and scientific First-Person Shooter style training and simulation applications.

Work experience includes experience in military operations, doctrine, concepts, thorough understanding of mission command and planning, preparing, executing, and assessing Army experimentation. Professional experience in military operations should include service at a Division, Corps, in-theater Army, Coalition or Joint headquarters. Completion of the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent service school is desired.
