SAIC's Mission Support Group is seeking SIGINT Analyst/Reporters for its Columbia, MD location.

Job Description: Prepare various finished SIGINT reports, presentations, and documentation. Duties will include information gathering from various sources, intelligence analysis, report preparation, and interfacing with the government client in order to answer established intelligence requirements. Extensive experience in authoring SIGINT end-product reports is required. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
A high school degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of SIGINT reporting experience is required; of which two (2) years should be end-product reporting. A Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and the ability to obtain an additional Polygraph is also required.

Required Skills: The successful candidate will have excellent analytic and product SIGINT reporting skills on tactical and strategic targets; multi-target development and research skills; and the ability to mentor junior personnel. The candidate will perform analysis and reporting of assigned SIGINT targets. The candidate will have current experience in Department of Defense and analytic tools. Operational experience in the OEF, and previous OND theater is helpful.

Job Description: Prepare various finished SIGINT reports, presentations, and documentation. Duties will include information gathering from various sources, intelligence analysis, report preparation, and interfacing with the government client in order to answer established intelligence requirements. Extensive experience in authoring SIGINT end-product reports is required. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent formal military training and 4+ years of related experience. A Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and the ability to obtain an additional Polygraph is also required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The successful candidate will have excellent analytic and product SIGINT reporting skills on tactical and strategic targets; multi-target development and research skills; and the ability to mentor junior personnel. The candidate will perform analysis and reporting of assigned SIGINT targets. The candidate will have current experience in Department of Defense and analytic tools. Operational experience in the OEF, and previous OND theater is helpful.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Mission Support Specialist will be part of a dynamic team focused on the mission support of customer SIGINT systems deployed both CONUS and OCONUS. •Troubleshoot signal and data-flows related to SIGINT systems.
•Define system requirements, developing technical solutions, functional analysis, conduct trade studies and perform test and evaluation activities.
•SIGINT system and subsystem level tasking, configuration, normalization, survey, equipment configuration, basic signal analysis, interpretation of system health indications and parameters and routing process.
•Concept design, fabrication, software integration and configuration, HW/SW testing, and installation.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED. THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE.
•Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts/Sciences (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of related experience.
•Knowledge of National SIGINT Requirements Process, SIGINT collection systems, and corporate enterprise repositories.
•Experience with SIGINT Systems Engineering support, as well as SIGINT Systems Integration.
•Experience with customer’s enterprise repositories to validate data flow.
•Experience with any of the following SIGINT tools: MARINA, PINWALE, NUCLEON, SCORPIOFORE, and ANCHORY.

- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Graduate of Navy’s Intermediate Signals Communications Analysis Course (451 course).
- 6 years of U.S. Navy SIGINT operations and training experience.
- Experience with communications intelligence collection equipment.
- Operational experience analyzing and processing collection data files.
- Recent knowledge and experience with CCOP systems.
- Recent experience training CCOP equipment at CID Learning Sites and onboard U.S. Navy ships.
- Experience with the following cryptologic tools: Bluestream, Desperado, SAAS, and Turbulentwave.
- A detailed understanding of SSEE Inc E’s integration with National and U.S. Navy Tactical SIGINT/IO operations, including SCI Networks, SCI DCGS-N, and changes to existing architectures (Navy Unified Cryptologic Operations/Distributed Cryptologic Operations).

DESIRED SKILLS:

- 2 years of direct curriculum development and teaching experience.

SAIC’s Defense and Maritime Solutions Business Unit currently has an opening for a Signals Intelligence Training Specialist in Norfolk, VA.

Job Description:

The Signals Intelligence Training Specialist shall have SIGINT and COMINT knowledge and experience in signal recognition and classification, radio identification, signal generation, signal transformation, and signal analysis. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis of communications and non-communications signals over a wide RF range. Must be adept in the analysis of analog and digital communications signals. Must have expertise on IO, Cryptologic and Communications Electronic Attack systems and equipment. Must have experience in performing system analysis and support in the areas of organic and non-organic SIGINT data and applications, National SIGINT/Intelligence Data, Real Time Regional Gateway (RT-RG), Turbulentwave, SCI Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and GENSER Common Operational Picture (COP) Data and Applications.

Designs and administers training programs for all levels of personnel in the field of Cryptology and Information Operations (IO). Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Cryptologic and Information Warfare (IW) training for U.S. Navy SIGINT and Information Operations professionals. Responsible for creating course content, training materials and documentation. May be responsible for conducting individualized or classroom training sessions. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Works on problems of diverse scope requiring knowledge of SIGINT and IO training requirements and an understanding of U.S. Navy IO and IW operations. Contributes to curriculum development and training delivery goals in order to meet customer requirements. Frequently interacts with customers throughout the Navy as well as functional peer groups.
