The MEDPROTECT TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) enrollment program includes Asia-Pacific, Eurasia/Africa, and Latin America and Canada (TLAC).<br/><br/>MEDPROTECT is currently seeking a qualified Global TRICARE Service Center (GTSC) Beneficiary Service Representative/Floater in our Yokota, Japan location.<br/><br/>Reports to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) MEDPROTECT Regional Lead. Specific responsibilities include:<br/>-          Processing registration of TRICARE beneficiary within the Composite Health Care System (CHCS).<br/>-          Process enrollment/disenrollment and portability using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES).<br/>-          Maintain electronic system/paper files and data integrity.<br/>-          Process and corrects enrollment discrepancies between CHCS and DOES<br/>-          Assigns primary care managers (PCM) to TRICARE Beneficiary as appropriate.<br/>-          Verifies eligibility information for remote beneficiaries.<br/>-          Researches and interprets benefits, policies and procedures to military staff, remote site Points of Contact (POCs), and beneficiaries using TRICARE Policy Manuals as well as other resources.<br/>-          Provide customer support to the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Commander and or the TRICARE Area Office staff as directed by the Regional Lead, Deputy Program Manager or Program Manager.<br/>-          Provide phone coverage and assistance for walk-in enrollment traffic within the TRICARE Service Center.<br/>-          Participate in off-site briefings, such as enrollment briefings, fairs, or other functions if directed by the Regional Lead.<br/>-          Providing education and enrollment information to beneficiaries.<br/>-          Obtain required training and maintain system accounts as appropriate.<br/>-          Availability to the phones, walk in traffic, and faxed enrollment forms are top priorities. Must be able to determine the appropriate assistance levels and when call forwarding or other referrals are needed to address the beneficiary&#8217;s question.<br/>-          Travels to local Military Treatment Facilities where coverage is required due to vacancy, leave or absence of MEDPROTECT BSR, Travel time approximately 25 &#8211; 75% of the time.<br/>-          Complete all responsibilities and duties in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines to include proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).<br/>-          Comply with all required HIPAA training and refresher courses.<br/>-          Adhere to dress code policy<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>:<br/>REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:<br/><br/>High School Diploma or GED.
