The National Security Sector is currently seeking SIGINT Analysts, Reporters, SIGINT Geospatial Analysts, Geospatial Metadata Analysts, and SIGINT Geo-Location Analysts for positions across the United States.

Selected individuals will be tasked with performing detailed analysis of content and subsequently following-up with extensive research and product reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development, exploitation, and documentation of information

The individual will be required to instruct the Marines on how to approach material containing unfamiliar subjects, relate ideas through cultural assessment and understand inferences intended by a writer or speaker. The individual will be required to develop and update lesson plans as additional material and content becomes available and perform Quality Control. The individual will also act as the Subject Matter Expert for Filipino dialects within the Intelligence Training Enhancement Program – Language, requiring occasional attendance to professionalization conferences and briefing Marine Corps training programs. Must possess ability to instruct/provide instruction/training on graphical language material, or attend training IOT gain proficiency in graphical Filipino dialects. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level Human Terrain (HT) Analyst, candidate will provide comprehensive support to USCENTCOM Center of Excellence (COE) on all Human Terrain Analysis issues; identification of tribes, activities, tribal ties, etc. The candidate will unite theoretical concepts in academia from behavioral psychology, social psychology, cultural anthropology, social geography, social network analysis (SNA), history, economics and political science with empirical research of concern to USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Candidate will create geospatially-referenced products of social groups in an area of operation through data-mining and data-basing socio-cultural information on individuals, by grouping them according to social-scientific principles from various sources; to include Open Source. As an HT Analyst, candidate will leverage Geographic Information Systems to visually represent social groups, integrating social science theories and principles into an all-source environment. Candidate will collaborate with Intelligence Community human factors, human terrain and social-cultural communities of interest to acquire sources of information not readily available through traditional mediums.

Study traditional aspects of culture, making elements of it actionable by focusing on the geospatial aspects of tribal, religious, ethnic, racial, linguistic, occupational and other social groups. Candidate will stringently vet all information through all qualitative and quantitative means when possible and measure the reliability of links between entities and locations. As an HT Analyst, candidate will perform social network analysis used to examine patterns of communication that are based on relationships to explore valuable informal information pathways.

Candidate will be responsible for briefing team members on the links and gaps of target activities. Perform detailed fusion analysis on research holding and collaborating with geospatial analysts in the construction of geo-social data layers. Provide socio-cultural expertise during product construction and brief their respected areas during leadership reviews and product delivery presentations. Candidate will be responsible for all-source intelligence (i.e. HUMINT, IMINT, SIGINT, MASINT and OSINT) on issues supporting USCENTCOM’s AOR. As an HT Analyst, candidate will be responsible for Human Terrain Analysis (HTA) products that address the social-cultural and human environmental factors essential to understanding all aspects of Arabic and Islamic culture and other environmental factors that would influence and / or foster terrorism in the USCENTCOM AOR.

The Mission Support Business Unit has a career opportunity for SIGINT Analysts in Afghanistan.

The SIGINT Analyst shall function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, CJTF Paladin, Regional Command, BCT/RCT/MEU/MEB/Coalition BDE, and Battalion CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements. Shall be responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent IED cell activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall C-IED analytical team. The SIGINT Analyst shall conduct analysis of raw and fused signals intelligence data of insurgents who are directly linked to the acquisition, production, transportation, emplacement and employment of IEDs.

Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years SIGINT analysis experience

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years experience as a trainer in the fields of electronic systems operation, electronic equipment maintenance, software maintenance, or SIGINT tools, including conducting operations and engineering-level courses.

Job Description: Prepare various finished SIGINT reports, presentations, and documentation. Duties will include information gathering from various sources, intelligence analysis, report preparation, and interfacing with the government client in order to answer established intelligence requirements. Extensive experience in authoring SIGINT end-product reports is required. Shift work may be required.
