The National Security Sector is currently seeking SIGINT Analysts, Reporters, SIGINT Geospatial Analysts, Geospatial Metadata Analysts, and SIGINT Geo-Location Analysts for positions across the United States.

Selected individuals will be tasked with performing detailed analysis of content and subsequently following-up with extensive research and product reporting.

Locations include Ft. Gordon, GA, Schofield Barracks, HI, Salt Lake City / Draper, UT, San Antonio, TX and Columbia, MD.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development, exploitation, and documentation of information
- Collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Intelligence Community
- Apply knowledge of target and open source tools to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis using SIGINT, and other intelligence disciplines, to identify entities of interest and determine their methods, motives, and capabilities, determine malicious behavior, and recognize emergent patterns and linkages to visualize the larger picture
- Must be able to identify, retrieve, and fuse pertinent information for the purposes of disseminating analysis and reporting, enhancing situational awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or exigent operational needs
- Perform technical analysis against target systems and networks, characterize target network capabilities and vulnerabilities, and support development of new techniques to exploit targets
- Must be able to routinely identify gaps in finished intelligence data through research and analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing first-level Military Health System IT Service Desk support services, which requires the ability to understand a broad range of supported applications and have some technical expertise in the areas of hardware and software. Provides first-level support of inbound customer calls and incident tickets in a 24x7 call center environment. Provides accurate triage / assignment / escalation of reported incidents; promptly identifying and escalating high priority issues. Provides telephone support for hardware and software problems to customers with little or no background in computer systems. Accurately identifies and documents incident troubleshooting and resolution. Provides a high level of professionalism and customer service. Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing. Performs a variety of complicated tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must be familiar with IT related help desk and service desk methodology, concepts, practices and procedures. Have a functional and working knowledge of Windows XP, MS Outlook/Office, remote access, printers, and web based networking technology. First level networking certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, Network +, Security +, etc). HDI certification preferred. Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) with certification preferred. Able to work in a fast paced environment.

REQUIRED: Ability to pass a background investigation for ADP II goverment security clearance

DESIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area. One (1) or more years of ACD based Service or Help Desk experience preferred.

SAIC has a potential opening for an IO Planner in San Antonio, TX. The IO Planner: Provides functional expertise for developing products in support of JIOWC mission areas, plans, and operations. The IO Planner will address regional (theater) and trans-regional (cross-theater) IO planning, integration and assessment issues related to IO at the CCMD and Joint Force Commander level.

The IO Planner also provides critical IO staff support by executing the JIOWC mission working towards the goals of the organization consistent with IO plans. Coordinates with other staff officers (or civilian equivalents), to include senior officials of CCMDs, with the development of mission goals and objectives. Monitors and evaluates progress toward meeting goals; makes adjustments in objectives, projects, and plans as required. Supports and coordinates projects aligned with the activities of the IO organization CCMDs support staff, and provides staff with direction and advice regarding policies, procedures, and guidelines. Reviews and assesses IO plans, making recommendations to the Joint Staff.

The IO Planner coordinates and facilitates relationships with DOD staffs and other organization staff members and conducts periodic, comprehensive IO assessment and evaluations of CCMD IO programs.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of a wide range of DOD concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices; knowledge of a wide range of Assessment concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices; knowledge of a wide range of IO concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices; and practical knowledge of IO Assessment education, readiness, and budget execution concepts, principles, operations, and practices.

Successful candidate must have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in IO deliberate, crisis action, adaptive planning and operational assessment, and the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) planning process (JOPP).
Successful candidate must have at least five (5) years experience in at least one of the geographic and functional CCMD Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and shall have a broad understanding of global issues impacting or affecting these AORs.
Successful candidate must have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in assessing external/internal tasking validity, advocating courses of action (COA) for tasking, and ensuring required actions are completed, personnel shall have demonstrated ability to interface with higher level management or organizations.
Must be able to interface and advocate JIOWC wide issues with representatives of JCS, DDGO, other government agencies, and JIOWC customers to identify requirements and brief the results of their analyses.
Successful candidate must have at least five (5) years experience in soliciting, assembling, organizing data and presenting results in support of visitors, meetings, and reports.

The MTI is the tactical leader and manager that interacts, collaborates and coordinates with staff and other agencies to ensure that International Military Students attend English Language Training (ELT) on a daily basis. The individual ensures accountability for class attendance or other official appointments on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

- Establishes and conducts incoming, outgoing, and student entry briefings
- Performs counseling, rehabilitation and training and retraining to ensure students understand that learning English is the priority
- Conducts individual and group interviews
- Motivates personnel to develop military attitudes, effective human relations, and social skills for improving interpersonal and military relations
- Establishes and maintains liaison with the Academics Division in order to keep up to date on student activities
- Identifies student status such as problem or exceptional students
- Applies counseling techniques and military experience to counsel student with training, military bearing, and behavior problems
- Plans and organizes phases of training, student flow, and flight assignments, consistent with available facilities
- Inspects and evaluates military training activities, personnel, and facilities
- Evaluates personnel undergoing military training, to include performance and adaptability
- Counsels and advises individuals on training problems; identifies non-prior service personnel unfit or unsuitable for retention in training
- Prepares and maintains files and records pertinent to basic and initial military training
- Prepares reports and records about student accountability
- Maintains completed training record files for historical review
- Instructs indoor and outdoor military training subjects using demonstration-performance and lecture methods; uses film projection equipment in support of training objectives
- Provides remedial training, as needed for non-prior service personnel undergoing this military training

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Associates degree and 4 years minimum experience as a military training instructor required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong and knowledge of principles, techniques, and methods of instruction; use of visual aids; learning processes; curriculum development; training evaluation; and counseling methods and techniques
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle
