The National Security Sector of SAIC currently has an opening for a

NGA Account Manager (AM).

The Account Manager is a primary SAIC point of contact for entry into the NGA Account and is responsible for expanding SAIC market share by providing insight and access to the customer while supporting the identification, qualification and capture of business. The AM works closely with the NGA client to determine requirements and identify opportunities for SAIC to pursue. The AM will work with SAIC Groups and NGA clients to continue to do an ever increasing amount of business with SAIC.

The Account Manager is an enterprise resource supporting SAIC, the National Security Sector and NGA. The AM will work with SAIC Groups and Integrated Marketing Teams (IMTs) to develop an account strategy and plan for pursuing opportunities and winning business at NGA. The AM will communicate clients' requirements and opportunities to the appropriate SAIC Groups and IMTs. The AM will also communicate the concerns and capabilities of SAIC to the client. Additionally the AM will ensure that NGA business activities (e.g., call plans, proposals, white papers, IR&D, etc.) and related opportunities are coordinated among appropriate SAIC Groups, and IMTs. The AM will coordinate all aspects of the customer relationship with the Groups to ensure a coordinated and synchronized effort. The AM will focus on growing business and protecting SAIC and client interests.

The AM is an integral part of the BD process fully engaged and supporting capture and proposal efforts. This will involve working with IMTs and technical/engineering staffs to develop a technical strategy and/or developing an integration strategy for the client; making sure SAIC has no OCI issues; engaging across the SAIC Enterprise to leverage appropriate SAIC business elements and IMTs to identify capabilities to meet customer requirements. This position requires the candidate to meet or exceed annual pipeline, submits, awards, and customer communication objectives. The AM will work with the National Security Sector Groups to establish/maintain key executive relationships with new and existing customers. The AM must be able to communicate key information effectively to all levels of SAIC management and to NGA clients.

Qualifications

:
• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of related experience.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must have an extensive knowledge of and experience with the entire NGA Enterprise and the Intelligence community.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently but collaboratively.
• Requires sound organizational skills and the ability to generate briefings and marketing materials. .
• Must possess the ability to work closely with clients and internal SAIC staff and management.
• Must be able to understand and communicate how SAIC's products and solutions can help meet the client's strategic goals and mission requirements.
• Must be creative and innovative to determine solutions when standard processes are not efficient or client requirements need special emphasis and attention.
• Capable of mentoring a client through a project or a contract activity.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
• An understanding of key mission areas of NGA, as well as the support processes such as budgeting, collection, operations, analysis, requirements management, human capital, geospatial intelligence, information security, and information technology.
• An understanding of NGA's role in the Intelligence Community and the interrelationships existing amongst all IC members.
• A firm understanding of NGA’s role in the National Intelligence Program and Military Intelligence Program.
• Solid computer skills important to effective communication of job activities and marketing efforts to all levels of management within SAIC and the customer organization(s).
• Prior-military or NGA civilian personnel experience.

Position Description:

The Insurance and Risk Manager is an important member of the Corporate Treasury Department, responsible for designing and implementing risk management processes, primarily through placing and managing a variety of insurance programs, to minimize the impact of risk to the enterprise. This position will work closely with: Executive Management on insurance strategy formulation, business sector leaders on risk identification and implementation of risk mitigation practices, and insurance brokers/providers on selecting, designing, and purchasing appropriate programs.

Responsibilities:

- Create processes that identify risk and develop programs to mitigate or fund risk in accordance with corporate risk philosophy as articulated by Executive Management
- Design, implement, and manage cost effective insurance programs, based on corporate risk appetite, to transfer and fund risk
- Develop and foster relationships with insurance companies and service vendors to assure access to and acceptable administration of insurance programs
- Support contracts and subcontracts staff daily with the review of contract activities that create risks and advise line and corporate management of the financial exposure and recommend appropriate risk mitigation techniques

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will work closely with the SAIC-F Director to assist the Director in oversight, monitoring, analyzing, reporting and coordinating the operational aspects of SAIC-Frederick’s support of DCTD programs in chemical biology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacodynamic assays, in vitro toxicology, preclinical drug formulation, project management, and related subcontracted activities. Identify, analyze, and develop/propose solutions for troubleshooting operational and organizational issues in real time. Monitor and coordinate complex timelines and schedules relative to multidisciplinary program goals and deliverables, and recommend operational strategies and changes. Assist the Director in determining best courses of action in collaboration with the NCI, and implement plans with follow-up control points to monitor effectiveness of operational changes. Provide operational information to program managers in way that is helpful and report on/provide feedback about the impact of operational changes. Attend laboratory meetings of the various programs areas as well as meetings with outside collaborators and contractors to collect, organize and analyze data on scientific progress toward program goals and schedules to identify opportunities to enhance operations. Present results at internal meetings of senior management and meetings with Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research leadership. Facilitate an effective interface between DCTD Program Leadership and SAIC-F for rapidly identifying and addressing operational issues in assigned areas of responsibility, and serve as a Point of Contact for Program Branch Chiefs about their areas of support. Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Possession of a Doctoral degree (e.g., D.V.M., D.Sc., M.D., or Ph.D.) from an accredited college or university in Pharmacology or in a related discipline to therapeutics such as Chemistry, Physiology, Biochemistry. Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
- In addition to education requirements, a minimum of ten (10) years of post-graduate experience in drug discovery, pharmacodynamics/biomarker, diagnostic assays, preclinical development, early clinical development, including at least five (5) years at a Senior Scientist level.
- Five or more years of managing complex programs or large production units are required.
- Proven track record in therapeutic and diagnostic discovery and development.
- Contributed to/assisted with the development, organization and management of multiple projects within complex programs.
- Systematically analyzing and organizing technical programs and their information for management, including presentation and reporting of findings.
- Experience assisting with the management of complex, multidisciplinary programs.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will use their demonstrated management experience to execute all facets of this intelligence program including customer relations, staffing, financial execution, product quality, training, and security. This individual will manage the SAIC and subcontractor workforce of approximately 100 to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations. This program manager (PM) will produce contractual deliverables such as monthly reports and ensure the team is producing properly formatted classification and declassification reviews. The PM can expect to frequently brief the customer and SAIC corporate management on program status and creative solutions to newly emerged challenges to program execution.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of intelligence experience
- TS/SCI security clearance
- Demonstrated program or project management experience
- Superior communication, writing, and briefing skills

DESIRED BACKGROUND:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- DIA experience

The Senior Accountant – International plays a critical role in providing management and oversight to SAIC’s international accounting operations. This position reports to the Manager -- Accounting Policies and Support within SAIC’s Office of the Corporate Controller.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Serve as the Corporate Point of Contact (POC) for SAIC’s international home offices

- Lead the compilation and reporting of international accounting information relevant to SAIC's SEC filings

- Manage local books of SAIC’s Middle East entities

- Coordinate with SAIC’s Saudi finance team in review and submission of trial balance for U.S. consolidations

- Oversee and monitor FAS 52 foreign currency translation activities for SOX compliance

- Monitor management and corporate allocations to international subsidiaries and prepare adjusting journal entry each quarter for financial reporting purposes

- Advise senior management on critical decisions regarding international accounting

- Coordinate the resolution of international accounting issues affecting other Corporate departments (tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, etc)

- Participate in month- and quarter-end reviews of non-US operations; challenge reported results of operations, identify and explain variances and trends

- Monitor statutory financial reporting compliance and filings of international subsidiaries; liaise with SAIC international tax department

- Assist in setting up international subsidiaries and branches

- Assist in the close-out of international subsidiaries and branches

- Assist in the preparation of foreign subsidiary and branch office financial statements

Required Skills:

- A minimum of 4 years accounting experience, including 2 years in a public accounting firm

- Solid understanding of US GAAP, especially in the areas of foreign exchange and consolidations

- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and cultures

- A proven ability to be decisive, resolve issues and deliver on commitments and deadlines

- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience working with international operations of a multinational company

- Working knowledge of IFRS

- Prior experience working with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM/FDM), Costpoint, and/or BST.

- Previous experience as an employee or external auditor of a U.S. government contractor

Required Education and Professional Certifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.

- Certified public accountant

SAIC's Government Solutions Group currently has a contingent opening for IT and data management-related positions in its Space, Aviation, and Science Operation (SASO). These positions will become part of a team of professionals supporting the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Human Health and Performance Contract (HHPC). These positions will be located in Houston, TX.

Positions are contingent upon contract award.

JOB DESCRIPTION: IT and data management positions include senior statisticians, statisticians, system developers, programmers, network administrators, data base managers, data base coordinators, data analysts, data entry clerks, etc. positions supporting NASA’s HHPC. These positions will be responsible for supporting a wide range of IT and data management requirements such as data analysis, database design and maintenance, software development, web site development and maintenance, data archive development and maintenance, IT systems security, IT planning, development of mission-based performance measures for IT investments, and network administration. These positions are responsible for work assigned and for completing requirements in compliance with NASA standards, IT and data management best practices, and SAIC processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Degree requirements vary from a minimum of a BS degree in computer science or related discipline to an advanced degree in statistics from an accredited college or university.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Positions require varying levels of experience from zero years of data analysis experience and programming experience (i.e., data analyst and programmer respectively) to a minimum of five years of experience in experiment design, statistical interpretation of biomedical data or data analysis. (i.e., senior statistician).

The contract these positions support requires successful completion of a NASA background verification per NASA Procedural Requirement (NPR) 1600.1, Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Policy and Procedures, in addition to SAIC’s standard background verification process.
