SAIC currently has a job opening for an Information Management Officer (IMO) in support of our NMC Business Unit at II MEF, Camp Lejeune, NC.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidates will provide Information Management Officer (IMO) support to the MEF’s Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). The candidates will report to the assigned command element Chief of Staff or G-3 recommending command IM policies and procedures and assist in managing its information management and command and control (C2) systems. The IMO duties may include but are not limited to the following: provides technical support to command collaborative environment; manages information systems; participates in C2 Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Work Groups; coordinates with Higher, Adjacent, and Subordinate IM Sections and agencies; conducts Business Process Analysis/Continuous Process Improvement; evaluates information technology solutions and future concepts; and provides Quality Control (QC) and Quality of Service (QoS) to supported systems and supported units.

Qualifications

:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Twelve years of hands-on experience with C4ISR systems and information technologies. Related experience must include the design, implementation, maintenance, and training of Command and Control (C2) systems. These systems benefit the staff and subordinate commands through improved situational awareness (SA) and information flow. In addition, the IMO maintains cognizance on current and future technologies that have applicability or potential to improve Command and Control.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Candidates must have hands on experience and knowledge of a wide range of integrated US Marine Corps Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence Tactical Data Systems (C4I TDS) within a Combat Operations Center (COC). Candidates should possess previous experience serving as a MAGTF Officer (RLT/Grp Staff or above) and Intermediate level PME or JPME Level I training complete. Candidate must possess well developed communication skills; ability to generate professional briefs and military correspondence, ability to speak in front of large groups; and express thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely in both verbal and written format. Must be capable of multitasking; working several complex and diverse tasks with simultaneous, or near simultaneous deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced and demanding work environment. Incumbent must possess highly refined organizational and administration skills. Incumbent must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and exceptionally conscientious. Must be team oriented, and have the ability to positively interact with diverse groups of people to achieve common objectives.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
Ability to obtain & maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or facilities.

TRAVEL:

Selected candidates should expect local travel. These are non-deploying positions and will assist deploying elements prepare for their C2 mission.

The qualified candidate will serve as an integral member of the US Army Reserve’s Data Center Security team. The Site Manager is the senior contract representative at the site. Provides guidance, direction, and supervision of contract personnel. Serves as the official contractor representative to the government COR at the site. Coordinates all site contractor activities or tasks with the COR. Performs evaluations of current activities to determine multi-year projections for personnel, hardware, and software. Ensures tasks are completed within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Participates in executing assigned tasks/events to observe and monitor performance of contractor personnel. May perform function of task/event billet within the scope of his military operational experience and acquired skill sets. Empowered to negotiate and establish binding decisions, within scope of the current contract agreement, on behalf of the contractor. Military Education. Minimum three years experience in military training and education. Attendance at Intermediate Level School such as Marine Corps CSC or completion of equivalent nonresident course required.

Military Operational Experience. Minimum eight years operational experience in: maneuver, aviation, fires, Logistics, or intelligence operations. Minimum eight years demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at MAGTF or joint/combined command level as measured by actual operational force employment experience. Direct participation in real world operations is desired.

Management. Must demonstrate the managerial skill and experience necessary to manage a remote site. Minimum, two years, of site manager (or similar) experience.

Job Description:

- Engineer duties include and are not limited to the following, as required:

- Engineering analysis, tests, and trade studies for the evaluation of prototype
- Test design approaches
- Technology planning and alternatives
- Modeling and Simulation
- Design review and analysis
- Program risk assessment
- Assist the client with the enhancement and maintenance of the existing Management Information System (MIS).
- Support the client with engineering analysis, tests, and trade studies in the development of models and databases used to review and revise Analysis of Alternatives, Requirements, Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Counter-IED Operations Integration Center (COIC), Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile (OMS/MP), and threat documents.
- Support the client with engineering analysis, tests, and trade studies for the evaluation of prototypes, contract deliverables, test design approaches, technology alternatives, modeling and simulation, funding/cost assessments, design review and analysis, risk, and program management.

Qualifications

:
Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required. A graduate degree is also desired in a technical discipline, but not required.
- Active Secret Clearance
- 2 years of professional experience as an engineer Engineering with analysis, tests, and trade studies for the evaluation of prototype; Test design approaches; Technology planning and alternatives; Modeling and Simulation; Design review and analysis; Program risk assessment.

Job Description:

Senior IT Specialist duties include and are not limited to the following:

- Supervision of contractor IT Specialist personnel supporting PM CCS
- Coordination with PM CCS for reporting from existing Management Information System (MIS).
- Ensure access to PM CCS personnel and information is current
- Ensure MIS is compliant with DoD policies and procedures
- Provide system administration support, training support, data backups, impromptu queries, data validation reports, and database maintenance.
- Assist the client with the enhancement and maintenance of the existing Management Information System (MIS). This support includes the Portfolio Management Dashboard and the associated database used by PM CCS to track and support Procurement Planning Schedules, Risk Assessments, and Program Reviews.
- Enhance and maintain the existing Oracle Collaboration Suite structure used to support PM CCS Program and Information Management.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 10-15 years professional experience, including supervisory experience, as an IT professional managing and administrating complex Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Experience with software tools including and not limited to Oracle Collaboration Suite, Oracle SQL Developer, J Developer, and JAVA.
- Experience with or familiar with all current laws and U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) web site administration policies and procedures.
- A graduate degree or specialized training and certification in Information Technology (IT) are also desired.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to Day responsibilities include:
• The .NET Developer will work to analyze, design, and develop custom solutions based on the customer’s mission and organizational requirements.
• Evaluate or test computer applications or programs to ensure compliance with technical, professional, or organizational standards and requirements.
• Develop test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications or standards.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years experience.
- 4+ years of experience with .NET, C#, vbscript, javascript
• Experience with PowerShell
• Experience with relational database technologies, specifically SQL Server 2008

Position requires that candidate be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise with SQL Server 2008 programming, including SQL Reporting Services. ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
