Related experience must include the design, implementation, maintenance, and training of Command and Control (C2) systems. These systems benefit the staff and subordinate commands through improved situational awareness (SA) and information flow. In addition, the IMO maintains cognizance on current and future technologies that have applicability or potential to improve Command and Control.<br/><br/>REQUIRED SKILLS:<br/>Candidates must have hands on experience and knowledge of a wide range of integrated US Marine Corps Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence Tactical Data Systems (C4I TDS) within a Combat Operations Center (COC).  Candidates should possess previous experience serving as a MAGTF Officer (RLT/Grp Staff or above) and Intermediate level PME or JPME Level I training complete.  Candidate must possess well developed communication skills; ability to generate professional briefs and military correspondence, ability to speak in front of large groups; and express thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely in both verbal and written format. Must be capable of multitasking; working several complex and diverse tasks with simultaneous, or near simultaneous deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced and demanding work environment. Incumbent must possess highly refined organizational and administration skills. Incumbent must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and exceptionally conscientious. Relocation assistance is not provided.<br/><br/>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br/>Day to Day responsibilities include:<br/>&bull; The .NET Developer will work to analyze, design, and develop custom solutions based on the customer&#8217;s mission and organizational requirements.<br/>&bull; Evaluate or test computer applications or programs to ensure compliance with technical, professional, or organizational standards and requirements.<br/>&bull; Develop test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications or standards.<br/>&bull; Modify and Develop Enterprise scripts to manage Active Directory and Exchange environments<br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years experience.<br/>-  4+ years of experience with .NET, C#, vbscript, javascript<br/>&bull; Experience with PowerShell<br/>&bull; Experience with relational database technologies, specifically SQL Server 2008<br/><br/>Position requires that candidate be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.<br/><br/>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise with SQL Server 2008 programming, including SQL Reporting Services.
