Responsibilites:

Manages, supervises, and coordinates the efforts of contractor personnel (analysts) in their provision of support. Determines required resources to complete work effort. Recommends contractor travel plans to support events away from resident site. Possesses detailed and functional knowledge of the Marine Corps and joint/combined Planning Process and Marine Corps and joint doctrine related to warfighting functions. Conducts tactical and operational planning at the conceptual, functional and detailed levels for service and functional component organizations as well as joint headquarters organizations in area of emphasis. Performs research of concepts and plans and conducts analysis of factual data and prepares reports, briefs, and documents in support of event scenario development and higher and adjacent headquarters functions. Participates in, and conducts reviews and structured walkthroughs of events, operation orders and plans, and information gathering requirements. Creates and edits documents, analyzes problem areas and postulates feasible solutions. Attends conferences and meetings and represents the Marine Corps’ position at both the resident site and other locations off-site. Plans and prepares lesson plans and seminars, and provides instruction and event analysis on Marine Corps and joint/combined doctrine to Field Grade and General Officers. Expected to perform responsibilities associated with government counterparts. Assists in reviewing classified material and recommends a lesser classification for use in events, demonstrations, reports, and/or briefings. This position may be "dual-hated" on a standing/day-to-day basis in one of the MAGTF/Joint analyst position in the JMIG that s/he is qualified for.

Qualifications

:
Civilian Education. Master's degree required: major in operations research or military science or equivalent desired plus 10 years of experience.

Military Education. Minimum three years’ experience in military training and education to include Top Level School (TLS) such as Naval War College, Armed Forces Staff College, National Defense University, and Industrial College of The Armed Forces.

Military Operational Experience. Minimum ten years operational involvement in deployment and employment of ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and/or combat service support units and related equipment in support of MAGTF and joint/combined exercises/operations. Minimum ten years demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level as measured by actual operational force employment experience. Direct participation in real world operations is desired. Must provide the government with copies of published works from military periodicals, courses of instruction, or other published work related to military science.

Must currently possess a top-secret clearance with the ability to acquire TS SCI

JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will require extensive military protocol, leadership briefing skills, and DoD mission exposure will be a valuable complement to the existing IA technical and auditing skilled team members. REQUIRED EDUCATION:
BE degree and 8-10+ years of experience in Information Assurance (IA) analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS: DoD IA Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) program management with package compiling/coordination. The candidate will have extensive, detailed knowledge of DoD IA controls, including advising on their implementation and thorough experience at their validation.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Associate Software Applications Engineer will provide on-site support for the budget development process and ad-hoc financial analysis for our client at The Pentagon. SAIC is seeking an experienced Inventory Account Lead to provide logistics subject matter expertise and project management in support of a Department of Defense contract. The candidate will work closely with clients and contract employees to manage equipment lifecycle support for a broad range of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) equipment for US Government stakeholders positioned across the Continental United States and its territories. The candidate will be expected to oversee all inventory accountability efforts at a centralized facility to include the development of inventory-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs). The candidate will be expected to manage a customized automated logistics management system (ALMS), perform scheduled and unscheduled physical warehouse inventories, develop and deliver inventory reports, and track, reconcile status of, and issue inventory as required. The candidate will be expected to interface with CBRN training developers and instructors to answer inventory specific questions in support of the customer. The candidate may also be required to serve in a deployable support role for training and contingency operations within the Continental United States and its territories.
The candidate will be expected to develop and conduct briefings, research and gather relevant project data, draft technical documentation, respond to customer inquiries, and verify technical quality of contractual products. In addition, the candidate will be expected to interface with a geographically dispersed team of government and contractor employees.
This position will be located in Lexington/Bluegrass, Kentucky with Continental United States travel expected at approximately 20%.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree with three years of professional logistics experience in civilian or military areas to include equipment lifecycle management, warehousing, and property control. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years of professional logistics experience will be accepted. Specific experience related to the logistics management of COTS and GOTS equipment. The candidate must be skilled in the use of ALMS products and the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.

DESIRED SKILLS: Specific Air National Guard, Army National Guard or National Guard Bureau logistics experience. Logistics management experience in a Civil Support Team, CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Packages (CERFP), and/or homeland response entities. Minimum Education skills and Training:

- Must have at least one year of related experience counseling of troubled youths/ conducting behavioral studies by creating programs to support family health, and identify risks whether drug use risk or suicide risk.
